Called and when I answered, I didn't say anything. It was an pre-recorded message. Most likely it's a scam call. They are trying to collect personal information.  They don't know whom their calling. Just simply block the number however, they'll continue to call from different numbers

We must have been outside enjoying the beautiful weather yesterday when this one came in.  There was no message left, though, and we do have answering machine.  The caller ID was "223"  I have no idea what that means.
