Called but left no message

The Caller ID shows up as Consolidated Debt..  "Clark" begins by asking if I had over 10,000 in debt.  I told him I was not interested in his service and asked to be removed from his calling list.  He then became belligerent.  I hung up.

"Clark Criswell" says he wants to talk about eliminating credit card debt. I asked him what the name of his company was and he hung up.

Answered and after a pause a man came on with a consolidate debt scam.  I informed him this was a do not call number and not to call again.  It's obviously an auto dial and if you answer someone will then take over if available.  Do not call really works doesn't it?

I was waiting for a call, so I answered this. He asked how I was, and I said "too busy for chitchat, are you ---company?" He blabbed on, and I stopped him. It was really frustrating, because the real company called while he was blabbing (it happened that fast) and when I told him to state the name of his company, and the nature of his business, he hung up.

Calling a lot but no message.

Only legit companies heed the Do Not Call List - What's left are scammers or politicians, mostly.

Like with gun control, criminals don't follow the law. That's because they're criminals, so only the criminals have guns.
