I received a call from this phone number but my paid robocall blocking app stopped it from ringing through. I listen to the recording and a lady kept on saying hello, hello while my disconnected phone message played in the background. The call center was so loud that probably she didn't hear the disconnected phone message. I will keep it blocked.

They left no message, no one I know.

Call came in saying United States left no message blocked number.

Received on cell phone. Did not recognize number.

Sorry but as far as I know Maryland is still in the US and has not moved to a different part of the world.

Called in on an unpublished private line, when answered no one on the other end.  Call eventually disconnected.

Called twice in last couple days didn't recognize number and left no message, just blocked it.

I answered even though I didn't recognize it because I am so tired of getting calls from so many different numbers.  I know my number must have been sold to some scammers or something.  The person had an accent from a different company and I just shouted at them to stop calling me.

I get a big kick out of people that think that the only way they can be called is if their number has been "sold".  These crooks don't spend money on lists.  They simply dial every number in your area code and exchange.

Shows Equitorial Guinea on my phone as well  when I received the call.

Didn't leave a message. Caller ID says "Julius Duvall" whoever that is.

Calling me every few minutes. They are offering a loan/Financing. I get these calls every day. Each day it is a different phone number from the 240 area code. But these calls are actually coming from overseas as a VOIP call. This is a complete and total scam. Harrassment. But I have to answer the phone because they are calling my place of work and I am the receptionist. This has been going on for over a week now. Each day the number changes.

The caller id read, DUVALL JULIUS. No message and a spoofed name, unless a highschool football player decided to call across the country just to say wazzup.

Another day, another scammer.  My call block caught this as well.

240-350-7489 calls repeatedly and then hangs up. We're a hospice office and answer the phone with that identifying information.

Google Fi identified as spam, and I never answer numbers I don't recognize

Exactly, when they can dial millions per day it's easy. But since most old area codes are nearly full they don't need to because people still pick up unknown numbers,
