Called, I said helle, and he/she hung up without saying anything

Some kind of credit card scam - won't stop calling

same scam today.

Did not answer. Calls over and over.

I answered and person hung up.

Caller uses "country" extension on the number 012403534936. When answered they cannot hear, sounds like a huge call center of scamming.

Calls several times a week

The call came into my cell phone.  The number and hyphens had been altered to have the hyphens in a different place than a normal number:  012-403-534936,  I answered, but didn't hear anybody speak, so I hung up. (I refuse to stay on the line unless somebody responds within 2 second after I say hello (the standard is: "Hello" - [one thousand one, one thousand two - click].  I figure that unless they are a scam, marketeer, or it's a bot dialer, they should be ready to speak within 2 seconds of somebody saying "hello".

They called I answered and whoever hung up.

Daily calls.  I never answer numbers i don't recognize.

Saw comments, so blocked it on cell

ID as some foreign country; why on earth would you answer this? My home phone doesn't easily offer blocking, and instead of letting the answering machine pick up, which would show as an active line, the next best thing I do is to rapidly answer and hang up, several times over. I can block this number on my cell phone, without answering, thankfully. Where in hell is the new law supposedly expediting call blocking?

Same as everyone else.  Answer the call, no response, and I said hello twice.  Hung up and blocked number.
