Got a call from this number - didn't answer it because unfamiliar - Googled the number and still unfamiliar.  I am soooooooooo tired of these freaking scammers and robo calls!

Called # back. Message said it was a message from my healthcare provider on how my recent visit was. did visit last month.

It's a legitimate call. I called this number back. It's a survey about the Anasteisa, I received before my surgery.

Just called. CID claimed Myersville MD. It was blocked by the service whose name shall not be used here.

I did have a recent surgery. What can I say, I'm typing this so I must have survived. If this is a call from my doctor, it would have a local number and his office name in the CID.

If it is the anesthesiologist, it should have his name. He is NOT from Myersville MD. Since the CID has none of these, it must be a third party and they are required to abide by the DNCL. BTW, I did not sign a weaver allowing this call.

Same as Barbara, I didn't answer call because number was unfamiliar.  I too recently had surgery.  Seems like if it was legitimately from the anesthesia company they would have left a message?!

I've heard about too many phone scams on Clark Howard's show.  Either you call back and it goes to the caribbean for a HUGE out of network surcharge, OR, they're trying to get a recording of "your" voice saying the words "yes" or "o.k.", which they then use to open up all kinds of credit accounts over the phone.

If I don't recognize the number - and they won't leave a message, I don't respond.  Unfortunately, it seems you always have to mistrust everyone these days.

this is the second time they have called.  If they are indeed calling to follow-up on a surgery, they certainly can be more professional about it.

This same number called me yesterday. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I never answer a call I don't recognize. I also had surgery recently.
