This is a calling card number.  My son used this card to call me on from overseas.

This is the number that shows up on my caller ID when my best friend calls me from Afghanistan. He is in the Air Force.

I think it was s friend from over seas

This makes sense.  I have a friend overseas, and it figures he would call in the middle of the night from some strange number.  lol

Caller ID said:  Ditco/Disa with the # 240-788-0451 ~ hung up on our business phone twice today.  I really hope this isn't a military calling card and some worthless scum has hacked the number some how.

Sliver Spring Maryland that's where this number shows to be from but it just telemarketing!!!!

Get this number every couple days.  When I call back, says not in service.  This concerns me because I work for DoD, I am waiting for information on a job transfer...this area code (Bethesda,  MD) is where it would come from.

My son is in Ah-bu Dhabi   right now and I just got a call from this number but he did leave a message so I think its a calling card for the military

Received this call on Sunday afternoon 6.4/15 at 1:55pm No one on,  then heard dial tones as if calling an extintion . so I hung up

This number is calling our line over and over and when we pick it up there is no one there.  We tried calling it back but that's not possilbe

For real I recently received a ph call from this number 1-240-788-4194 , he claims his name is James Riccardo

I received a call from this guy claiming to be James Riccardo he called me once and I said he really sounded young and had an accent to be a black person
