Didn't answer, came here and was not surprised to find out it is the usual low-life scammers.

Why the number V31819322300214 240-892-1270 this is getting very annoying.

Called phone 2xs and first time I answered sounded like a party in the back ground, never said a word 2nd time they hung up as soon as i answered..

Called, one ring and hung up. Never ever call these clowns back as they can say they have a business relation with you

It's a scam...to 'lower your credit card interest'.  All they want is your credit card number so they can sell it to theives.  Because they're scammers, they couldn't care less that the numbers they are calling are on the Do Not Call Registry.

Credit card SCAM!  This was a bit different though, the caller sounded very much like an American...no accent at all.  The best thing to do is to go along with them and waste their time for as long as possible.  If everyone did that, they'd be out of business in just weeks.

No voice message.

It rang once and then hung up.  No message left. Since I don't know anyone from Maryland, it got blocked.

Another spam caller, no message left.. blocked number.
