I am from Suriname in South America.My phone rang this morning 8:00 AM local time. When i picked up, just didn't hear anything and the call dropped.

Never call back if you don't know the number !!

Got a call today at 8am. Answered but didn't call back.

the call didnt cost much...I have pre-paid...so I dont know what happens if u have post paid..hopefully u wont get a bill about 1000$

Just happened to me too! Im from trinidad and tobago. So weirdd!

Missed call at 6:28 AM from that number.  Then at 7:06AM appears as I called back during 30 minutes to that number to the Congo.  I got a $60.00 charge to my cellphone.  I called the company and they adjust my account but told to check who use my phone, as they didn't belive I haven't done the call.

Called today at 0:53 AM. No one answered, hang-up after like 1/2 second.
The number is from The Republic of Congo (former Zair).
Im from Czech Republic.

Screw those scammers...

It is a fraud, they charge you hunderts of dollars or crowns.
