i have the same experience and its annoying, when i call back its a never ending arabic on the other line.

243-123-6321 This No is really is irriating. When call back no answers. Can any telephone company help us because the call also in night time.

Even i received a miss call late night from this no. but whn called back on this no there was no reply.

I just received a call from the number.. just so happen I was able to pickup and whoever in there right mind would answer did not say nothing.  I have my calls forward while on Vacation only to see some number that I don't even know
