Received a call on 02/09/2017 at 10:11 AM.  Did not leave voice mail.  Caller ID shows, "Milford MI."  I have already blocked (248) 216-1545 and suspect this may be the same caller.

More dirt bags uninvited on my phone. BLOCKED.

Just  a SOB Criminal. The scum of the earth. My Caller ID keep me safe away from such filth.

I get a call from Milford at least once a day...  No message left.  I have blocked several numbers

They are Midland Credit Management, credit collection company.

I've been getting calls from this number and it's Midland Credit Management a debt colletor.

I simply blocked this number through my Verizon fios online account.  I don't hear the phone ring.  Logged in and looked at the call log today while blocking a new caller.  It seems that this number has tried calling my home (and been blocked) 35 times over the past two weeks.  Honestly, it's amusing to me!  Thank you whoever you are.

Keeps calling never leaves a message why would I call back?

Typed in their number into Google and this is the first result.

Called my landline on 5/9/2019 and CID displayed Milford MI 248-216-1550 and no VM was left. Since no message was left, the call wasn't important.

Received a call on my cell and house phone from this number. It was Midland Credit Management, a collection agency looking for my nieces ex husband. I told them to remove my numbers from their call list because I don’t know how to reach him. They said they would update their notes and my numbers would be removed in 24 hours. We shall see.

Received multiple calls from 248-216-1550 despite me telling Midland Credit Mgmt I'm not whom it seeks and to stop calling. Also reported them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and they'd recently responded that they'll cease calling and placed my number of its 'exclusion' list.  THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!, of course.
I have to file a private lawsuit! Suggest everyone else do the same!

Did you tell them verbally to stop calling? Or did you send them a certified letter telling them? Because simply telling them verbally does you no good in the "private lawsuit" you filed. All they have to do is say you never told them. I'm surprised your lawyer didn't tell you this.
