White pages reverse phone # lists this as SCAM!  Calls about extending your warranty.

Got this call about an hour ago. No message left. CID read, "Birmingham Mi". Thanks for the info. Will block now.

I was expecting a call so I answered without even looking at the caller ID.  Big mistake!  Some scam about home security systems so I hung up and blocked the 248 area code because I don't know any one in that exchange.

Home security...   called 2x from diff #'s

I couldn't block this number because they hung up after one only ring.  To answer this call I had to descend 7 stairs with my  sciatic nerve disorder causing piriformis syndrome. I was in pain trying to answer a call that I thought was from the doctor involving my 90 year old mother's cancer condition.  I must now find out who these people are and track them down like wild animals.  That is all.

Most phone service providers have a webpage that displays your call log for all calls and even a single ring is displayed. You can go online for most providers and even block from their website's option under your account page.

Answered this caller because I on a hospital watch over my husband, and need to know who is contacting  us.

It was a live person saying they were calling from my bank in reference  to papers they sent regarding offers to make a loan.  I asked which bank, and was answered correctly with M&T.  I said I was not interested in any loans and had already made our home improvements and gave no information.  Woman said thank you and we hung up.

I will also be reporting this call to the bank, as am concerned because of USing my bank may not have been a lucky guess.
