I have no idea who this number belongs too.  They left 2 names in one message.

this number keeps calling my Virgin cell phone. Driving me nuts!

The number belongs to Weber & Olcese. They are a collections firm in Southfield, MI.

They represent Capital One credit cards - probably more.

They called and left an automated message with my name and gave a file number. I call back and spoke to someone saying the were collecting for Capitol One. They had called cell phone day before. I got the impression they really didn't want to speak to a person but just call so that they can claim they did. The guy was polite but I'm sure that will change soon enough. The firms name is Weber & Olcese and as stated by G-Man they are located in Southfield Michigan.

Yeah, they are a collection agency and they are NASTY.  They collect for several credit cards, Capitol One being one of them.  Capital One sued me for a credit card that my ex had and didn't cancel when SHE divorced me and later just stopped paying the debt.  Although it wasn't a lot of money it was the hassle of dealing with this jerks that made me so mad.

Called left no message. No caller ID other then number.

This number calls and does not leave a message. I only have the city and phone number on the caller ID.

This number is connected to Weber and Oclese, they are driving me insane.  We have no debt yet they are trying to collect money.  I have an in home business and they are calling me six to eight times a day over the last three months.  I googled the number which led me to these posts.  When I found the number to W & O-   I called them and told them to take my number out of their system.  The office is in Troy although the numbers are coming from Southfield.  At first they tried to claim they weren't connected.  I told them to delete my number or I am reporting them to the BBB.  We will see what happens.  By the way I also blocked their number through Bright House Networks.  That didn't work either...................

These ppl always represent Chase.  They sued me a few yrs back, they are I feel incompotent (sent lawyer to represent them who didnt even have paperwork, I had to supply all info to him).  Also they have been sued at least 2 dz times because of a man they hire to collect debts personally "Robert Reznick" so beware.

Caller ID says Birmingham, MI  Called most recently on 3/5/14.  This was my 29th call from them.  The calls started on 2/27/14.  They are debt collectors.  They do leave messages.  I called back and asked them to stop calling my phone on 3/27/14.  They said it would take 72 hours.  The calls have not stopped.  Now I get more calls from unknown numbers with no messages.
