Left a voicemail. The Law Offices of Donald Conrad. The voicemail then tells you to call 1-877-827-3860.
He's a debt collection attorney and his "law office" calls from a LOT of different numbers. I never answer and I never return his calls. He's been calling me from all different numbers for several years. My credit report is clean. I imagine he is a scavenger collector trying to convince people to pay debts they no longer actually owe.

Call ID: Farmington, MI -  call went to my answering service. debt collector - looking for someone who use to have this number. We don't owe money to anyone!!

Sleaze-ball, bottom feeder.  Uses multiple numbers and violates Debt Collection rules.  Has multiple people call and the DO NOT IDENTIFY themselves, nor the purpose of their call.  Beware!!!

Called and left a robo message claiming to be a debt collector, I’m assuming it’s a scam.

Scam debt collector. I called the billing department for the company I "owed". They have nothing on record.

This is a debt collector. He is an attorney collecting for unpaid medical bills. Unfortunately, I am one of those that owes for medical bills. But at this time I'm unable to pay to many bills bc our financial state thru no fault of our own . Debt collectors can be understanding but not always. I only say that bc right now I'm working with about 5 different collectors. Hoping to be able to work with this guy by the end of the year. U can't get blood from a turnip.

Is he a debt collector or is he an attorney?
And based on other reports for this guy under this and other numbers, I wouldn't be so sure he's legitimate. If you talk to him again, demand he mail you proof of the debt. You may owe a debt but he may not legally be able to collect on it.

I get three or four call a year from these people. I have saved this number as a contact with the name of Bad Attorney and will never answer. I did answer once and they told me I owe money...I just refinanced my home and my credit report is also clean. I am reporting them!

They claim I owe money too. I just refinanced my home and my credit report is clean. Check your credit report...I bet those doctor bills are not there and then just ignore or block them!

Oh my goodness. They left a very creepy automated voice message. They’ve been calling for years. If you contact the company they claim to be representing you may find that you don’t actually owe anything. They won’t stop calling. This is a scam. This is terrible. I’m reporting this number.

Same robotic voicemail described above.  My credit report is also clean.  I won't be returning the call.

Just called me saying they were ‘amazon’ and someone tried to charge 900 on my account and I needed to verify. Pressed 1 for no and someone ended up on the line. I hung up before they could even say anything.
