I've gotten several calls from this local number. The caller ID reads "Visualnet". When I do an internet search on the number, it turns up some very shady looking websites, some with a lawyer named Edward A. Cherniak. They never leave a message.

I just got the same call.  The one on the other line hanged up once I answered.  Don't know what's the purpose.  Hope the one is satisfied by hearing other's voice.

I've received calls two nights in a row from "Visualnet." I've also been getting all sorts of calls lately from other weird-sounding businesses and they've mostly been dishing up pre-recorded messages about the upcoming primaries. Maybe this is another inept campaign robocall operation.

I have been receiving calls from this number daily.  The first time they told me my computer was sending them messages and they could fix it. I told them it was a scam and to stop calling now they call every day and hang up. I file a complaint with the do not call registry every time they call.

We have received calls several times a day for over 3 weeks from this number.  We are not answering, but the voice mail picks up and we get this recording.  It says " if the election were held today, question 1" .  If I'm not mistaken political calls and charities are not part of the Do Not Call registry.  (after all the politicians started the registry)

Caller ID just said MICHIGAN, so I let it go to my voice mail.

I Googled the number and they said the number belonged to Southfield, MI lawyer named Ed Churniak.
So I dialed the number back and got the phone company's std recording that this number had been disconnected.
Obviously a spoofed number -so I doubt it would be a legitimate political survey... more likely some other type of scam artist.

I am also receiving calls from this number daily for the last three weeks.  Yet if you call this number you get a message saying the number is disconnected.  I doubt even answer anymore when I see the phone number.

OK... I googled the phone number and it was made reference to that lawyer in Southfield MI.... however he is strictly a traffic lawyer not a debt collector that I can see... says hes an export in traffic fines..... giggle..... I google Visualnet and a whole slew of stuff came up but I think.... if we would have answered our phone we may have gotten a part in the new movie they are making here in mi with the film credits..... I think they are working on a prison film.... right now anyway VISUALNET is a Film Company that Cast for Movies.....

We also had a call from this number, caller ID said VISUALNET.  We don't answer calls we don't recognize, and the voicemail picked up, but they didn't leave a message.

Received this call on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON!  Thought that was illegal.  Caller ID said Michigan.  

These types of calls really piss me off.  Stop calling me!

No one here is calling you.  Your callers probably don't read these posts.  Invest in a call blocker and don't pick up on a number you do not recognize.

Visualnet calls over and over. Everyday for two weeks. Nothing there when I answer. Call back to a nonworking number. With elections so close,  this has political garbage written all over it. Of course politicians would exempt themselves from the do not call registry yet during election season they are the number one reason for needing the registry. Enough already!!!!!

At one time this was my phone number, however I abandoned it a few years ago. Now it seems to have popped up again. There is no relationship between this number and my Attorney Practice, Edward A Cherniak PC.
