    Curious - Mia from Florida says she has my number in her contacts in text from a Canadian number?  Second text like this - I wonder what the scam is??  Blocked and "Delete and Report Junk".

    It's likely one of the more elaborate forms of the "wrong number text scam."  Of course, innocent errors occur but the scam has been surging.  They started out with simple "hi, how are you" texts but people caught on and started ignoring them.  The purpose is to get you to respond, then the "fun" begins.  Forward the text to 7726 (SPAM).  You can read about these type of scams here:

    I do not seem to get many texts like that, but (despite what is suggested in the informative article Pudge posted) I would probably make one reply text to "Mia" (for fun):
