Claims to be Law firm, looking for person who had our phone # befor us. When told about this mistake on their part they just hung up and continue to call via recording.

i answered and they had my 1st name correct, totally different last name (not my married or maiden name - not even close!). i found their website - they're a law firm that provide services - guess what the services are??? Collections!! So I called the 800 number on their website and chewed some A*S! "Supposedly" my number will be removed within 24 hours. I told them I'm lodging a complaint with the Alabama bar if they call me again. I specifically asked the girl who called me if this was a collections call and she said, 'this is a law firm'. I will spend my time filing complaints if necessary! Their 800 number is 800-476-8287. I wasn't on the phone more than 2 minutes!

You keep calling my phone please stop don't know you don't want anything from you would greatly appreciate it.  This phone is only for emergencies not many minutes don't check voicemail so stop calling I don't Know you.

calls all the time - if you are in alabama they will sue.  otherwise no big deal.   bring the collection letter you received to an attorney - they may have violated the fdcpa

You called me five to ten times a day from 6 AM to 11PM.  I had paid this and they just adding interest.  I paid you with the agreement that you would send a letter to credit bureau and report I had paid and you did not.  Now you tell me you will send me a letter and let me notify them credit bureau  I paid this account in full, paid this off 5/28/10.  Very poor business and you do not stand behind your word.

This company is in violation of Federal Law.  Specifically, FDCPA or Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.  If you go to this website they will show you how to get them to pay you literally thousands of dollars for these Federal violations.

i  don't know who these people are but they called me at 6:30 in the morning! If they are a collection agency then they are in violation of federal and if they call me again I'm going to give them an earful and block their number.

I have received 10 phone calls from this number. i didn't understand their message it was not in english what collection agency is this does anyone no.

These people call me all the time looking for a Donna with a different last name. I think they are getting my information from my cellphone company, because my brother and I have a cellphone plan together and he rents a trailer to the Donna they are calling about. And since our bill comes to his address which is near his rental property, they are grabbing at straws to talk with her. I do not personally know the other Donna but have heard she's recently widowed, 2 kids, and having a very hard time right now. These people are rude and call all hours of the morning and night. I have asked them not to call me for her again and they continue to call. And when they tell you they will remove you from their calling list, they wasting their breath! All they do is harrass and lie to everyone they come in contact with, even us who don't owe them or their companies a dime! If anyone knows of a place I can report these idiots too, I would appreciate any information!

Everyone go to the above website to see the scam report on these people. Like most "collection" services, they buy old debt listings and calll everyone on the list to demand money from them hoping their intimidation methods will scare some poor fool or senior citizen into sending them money. Unfortunately, it works sometimes for these crooks! The lists are not current. The debts are already paid off, reached their statute of limitations so cannot be legally collected, or plainly not even the person they're calling. DO NOT RESPOND to these scammers!

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. No message was left and I have no intention of picking up their calls. Scam artists!
