It's a moble number. Some guy in the Alabama area thinks its fun to call people in the middle of the night. He doesn't say anything when he calls.

WOW!  Must have NO life at all if he "thinks its fun" - calls on weekends and in the middle of the night.  What's the point?  Call is issued from a number that does not receive calls - "Your call cannot be completed as dialed..."  

Also what's the point of this 800notes "report" - does it accomplish anything?

Open line, no one talking.  Grrrrr

I received a call from this number but I have also been getting a handful of calls from other random numbers. Usually the call is the same type of thing and the line sounds like it is there but no one talking. Any one else getting a bunch of different numbers calling? I think each one I have called back say "welcome to Verizon this # has been changed or disconnected
