you cant call back its a one way line and most of tham are not disabled my x worked for them

I keep getting the same call everyday 251-662-7589 telling me they never received the check and when I'm going to send it.  So I decided to ck my statements and to my surprise it was clear. Another scam..

keeps  calling  at  night  after  im  in  bed,,,,when  I  call  back  either  busy  or  they  dont  answer

Ditto on all comments about this ANNOYING caller. Have never answered his numerous calls because I don't recognize his name or number.  Tonight I finally just BLOCKED the number---let the phone do the screening. Try it!  ;-)

I have been ordering products from this company for over ten years now. Thier light bulbs are Westinghouse commercial 15000 hr. Long life 130 volt. Some of them are still burning after ten years. The few that have burned out they replaced for free as they said they would. I have ordered other products before such as trash bags and did in fact verify they where made by the blind association. They have always mailed out the products first with an invoice in the box. Since I live in the same city I stopped by thier office to pay my invoice and to check them out. When I arrived there was a ceribal pausey handicapped bus picking up workers after thier shift. So I am satified that they do in fact employ some disabled workers. I have been ordering products every since. They only call once or twice per year so I don't mind helping.

I have ordered many products from this company over the years. I just received my humming bird & butterfly wind chimes today. They are BEAUTIFUL & they light up. I will be sending my check in the mail today & will call to order more for Christmas presents. I have also enjoyed their other products over the years as they have lots more. It's always such a pleasure dealing with these people. If people give them a chance instead of hanging up the phone as I have read in these comments other people would receive BEAUTIFUL products as well as myself.

"Satisfied customers" have no reason to even look up a number on this site much less post.

The only time we see posts like yours is when the SCAMMERS themselves pay a visit, which lets us know that sites like this are making it harder for you to trick people out of money on the phone -- thanks for the confirmation!

Sir, I have been ordering the light bulbs from this company for several years now & these lightbulbs outlast any store bought light ever purchased. If anything is ever broken or damaged they would never expect you to pay for it. On your invoice they have their free customer service number to let them know that the bulbs were infact broken. This is why they collect the money after you receive the product. If you do not contact them to let them know this they will call you after 30 days expecting payment. The workers have to make a living as do u & I so I encourage you to please do the right thing & notify them & you will see how willing they will be with you to send you out more right away. Remember things do get broken threw the mail even though I feel they do package the products well. Accidents do happen. We are all human sir.

It's getting so thick we need shovels hehe

I have been ordering products from this company for 10 years now and I'm here to tell you they are wonderful compassionate people. How do I know this? Because my handicapped niece worked there for 3 years. She would still be working there but her health took a turn for the worst and she is now bed ridden. She used to get so excited to get up in the morning and go to work when normally she would just lay around all day, even though there would be days and weeks she sold nothing. The managers never criticized her or put her down.There is no doubt that the company lost money letting her work there as she was paid a hourly wage. It's now been over a year since she has worked there and every few months one of the managers will call and check on her. The company has even sent her Birthday and Christmas cards and gifts which is a huge impact on her life. Most companies are reluctant to hire disadvantaged and disabled people due to fear of lawsuits. It would be a better world if there were more businesses like this as they gave my niece a chance when no one else would...

How would you even come to be on this site as satisfied customer?  If your company is legit, why don't you answer your phone?

People aren't this stupid.  Again, why are you posting to this site if you are a happy customer? What would cause you to even be here?  If you were legit, you would not hang up when someone answers the phone, giving the blind and disabled a bad rep.

I also get those calls.  I wonder if the company for the aged and disabled could change their number, and that way all these 251-7589 calls would disappear.  This way the company would be more profitable and get more orders from people, I think with this number, people are afraid to call and won't place an order after seeing all these reviews.   These calls are very disturbing , when you answer and theres no one on the other line.
 
I don't pick up the phone when I see this on my caller id.

quit calling my house at 930 at night just to be rude.when ona ask who is calling dont say no one and hang up.i will turn u in if u do not stop.DO NOT CALL 636-465-0420 EVER AGAIN

These stupid ass people really need something better to do than to call and keep calling and bothering people.. I think its rude and very bothersome to continue calling.. Please find something to do other than bothe the [***] out of people.

Some guy called my home at 8am!  When he finished his sidebar personal conversation he asked for someone who does not live here and had the nerve to make the smart remark "Well, why did you answer!!!"  I was irate!  The guy made another rude remark and I hung up.  I reported this to the manager using the 800#, he said he would look into it.
If that guy felt so comfortable being rude, I assumed it was tolerated within the company.

It's from Mobile,Alabama, Sherman James. First of all, I don't waste my time answering calls from someone i don't know the the 1st time. Do as my name say. Call me a 2nd time, and they might get their feelings hurt. If they get the balls to say something. I'll go to Store, before I give my info to a lowlife that has false claims of a product. It's about to be 2012, and scammers think they can call you and your just supposed to be like yeah here's my card #, sure why not. Get a real Job and stop wasting people time.
