6/23/16  11:01 PDT  Called just now and almost answered because I reponded, on-line to a couple of surveys today regarding some products, but decided to let it go to voice-mail and figured if they were legit, they would leave a message for me to return call.  Since they didn't will block this number.

They called right when I was waiting for an emergency call to come in. Really irksome.

With the hundreds of out of calls I ever gotten, I think there was only one legit call.

These people need to be arrested. They call endlessly with this robo-call. I do senior care and just when things are peaceful these IDIOTS call and never fail to wake my parent with dementia up - to GREAT IRRITATION for me.  I have "press(ed) 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 to STOP these calls per their instructions and called back and pressed 1 to be put on the DO NOT CALL - but these IDIOTS persist and you can not talk to a human, nor will they quit. They just change numbers and keep calling. WHAT is the STUPID POINT of these calls????

This number keeps calling at rediculous times of the night and morning. For example it called me this morning at 6am eastern time.

CID was Survey they did not leave a message. From reading the other posts, it is a scam of one sort or another.

Thank you everyone who have left info messages, confirmation to me I correctly added this # for blocking. The usual, they left no VM when intentionally didn't answer, unknown # in CID

Phone rang @ 9:00 am this morning caller ID said Knotts Island NC..I didn't recognize the number so i let the answering machine pick up..they heard that and hung up. # 252-429-1228

They called today and didn't leave a VM

Unrecognized / unknown CID.  No VM.  BLOCKED.

Scam caller about Credit card services...Caller lies and says they are from "account services" and are calling about my account...I've none!

i don't answer calls outside of my town, so i knew what to expect even if i did answer it. but i recieved two calls from +1 (252) 429-1228 from knotts island, nc, and +252 4291228 from somalia, both called exactly at 10:48 AM. its a bit odd.

Just silence when I answered for about 5 seconds then hung up on.  I guess I didn't create enough voice energy for their system to start talking.  Oh darn!

Hey Vic! ... Don't ya just LOVE that program?  I've been using it for Years, and the Tele-Marketing Call Center (TMCC) calls have been handled just the way we want them to be. We've used it to block over 21 Million(!) phone # (and counting) that are used mostly by these scamming scum-suckers to harass and steal from our friends and neighbors all over the U.S. & Canada. They get booted EVERY time they call back once they get put into our 'puters $hit Li$t. One ring and .......... wait for it ........... our 'puter does it's thing.  We NEVER have to answer that # again! Another wasted call, no one to sell anything to or steal anything from at this number.
  We got this call on our FAX machine so we didn't need to do anything anyway, but we check here to find out who is calling that we don't know. Don't ya just love technology that help us turn the tables on these crooks? I know I sure do!
  Thanx to everyone here who posts these notes.  It makes our job of keeping these thieves at bay for now much easier. This is OUR phone, WE pay to have it for OUR use and WE can treat these dirt bags ANY way we want when they call here.  Our TeleComm companies are actually ALLOWING this crap to continue and our government is worthless in doing anything to stop it. The Phone companies COULD stop this Instantly, IF they wanted to, but they are making too much $$$ from these TMCCs. So now it's up to US to do what we can, as usual, without our governments help, AGAIN!!
  Tell me again, just WHAT are we keeping these people in their cushy jobs and positions for?  They can't, or won't, even fix this relatively small problem.  They don't care about the citizens, just the money they get for screwing up their constituents lives by passing stupid laws that WE have to abide by, and then making Themselves exempt from those laws.

   These TeleMarker Call Centers (TMCC) call everyone in a block of #'s. If your # is in that block, you get the call. THEN, IF you answer, the next free TM pick up and gives His spiel and tries to sell you something or to get your personal info. They do NOT use a list for their robo-dialers anymore so if your # is in a block that they can dial out to you can Still be called by these crooks. THAT's why the DNC list is worthless for controlling the ILLEGAL callers. The LEGIT businesses abide by that list.
   It's the same reason that gun control will never work.  The crooks will ALWAYS find a way to obtain guns, just like they do now. Only the law abiding people will not have them anymore. THAT's scary!  Who will come to your aid?  A person With a gun (the police), .... they will be there "sometime in the next 1/2 to 4 hours, .... maybe. Can you hold please?"
   "No, Never mind.  I'll take care of the intruder myself.  I have a 12ga. shotgun with 2/0 buckshot, salt, and bacon rind.  Just send the morgue. ... no rush. ........ Yep, my list keep growing, what is interesting is that phone providers are not interested to do anything about it. Should we start a webpage requesting that they do something about it. Sometimes I get calls at 10pm I just silence my phone after 9pm. And not hope with DND calls they don't work at all.
