got a call from theis number and asked for my daughter.  When I told them that i was her father

tried to re-call the number and it said that the subscriber was not in service

These yahoos called and asked for my son by name; I responded that if they could find someone who could pronounce it correctly, I'd consider an hung up. Heavy accent, I assumed it was a scammer. The number then proceed to call me back 11 times in a row, in less than five minutes. I asked the caller to stop harassing me, that I was recording, and still she called back again an again, letting the phone ring once, maybe twice, before dropping it and calling again.

I received a call from this number too. 253-232-7516. This indian sounding guy said that I've been selected by the Federal government to recieve a 7 thousand dollar grant that I don't have to pay back. He said that the reason is they conducted a survey in my area last year and there are 17,000 people selected for this grant. He wanted to confirm my information and get some bank info so they could "secure" my grant. I asked why the govt is giving me money when they are raising my taxes cuz they need more of my money? He said " I just told you".  I said give it to someone else. He hung up.

I get a few calls during the week from this number. They never speak & I never hear anything in the background, they just let me say hello several times before eventually hanging up. As soon as they do I call right back & always recieve the no longer connected or to check the number & dial again message. If someone could help me with this number that would be great & really make my xmas

I received a phone call from some one called himself Henry with a very thick middle easter accent
who claim to be calling from the USA Federal govermemt saying that the federal goverment has pick me to receive $7000.00 dollares that I will never have to pay back. My telephone is unlisted plus in the do not call list. When I challenged and question him he said that it was my lost. Then, he hung up the telephone.

Got a call from this same #.  Story is the same.  I was ALMOST duped on a dating website.  Wondering if they feed each other the information.  I didn't fall for the "send me money" while away on a business trip or the Doctor's won't treat me... I certainly will not give out my banking information to an Indian telemarketing scam artist...  Haven't these people taken enough of the American's jobs away, now they are trying to tap in to our bank accounts directly!!

This middle eastern guy called me from this number but called my husbands line and when we said we weren't interested he proceeded to threaten me and my family recorded the call and called the cops

I had the same call. I said, this is a scam, isn't it? You want my bank acct.# or s.s.# don't you? She said "Don't waste my time." I said, "DON'T WASTE MY TIME"! and hung up.

I just received one of these calls and am completely livid. The guy with an Indian accent said that he was with the US Govt regarding a grant. I told him that I was not interested and asked him to take me off of his calling list. He proceeded to tell me "no". He said I didn't know why he was calling me, told him that it didn't matter because I was not interested. He said that he would not take me off of his list and would call me over and over again. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he was the boss. Proceeded to yell and call me a [***]. Said he would never stop calling me.

What is wrong with these people?????????

The person with an Indian accent called me in December threatening me that I owed money to a cash advance company, he was their lawyer and they were going to take me to court. He said he had been contacting me and gave my email address. He called back today with a different number but was the same person with an accent. I could hear a lot of people talking in the background.

Same thing happened to me!!!! I told them in pennies delivered to my front door and i would like the person delivering the pennies to dress up like a donkey!!! He asked me to verify my name and city/state... Thought it was funny bc i was told that 1,700 people from my city and state were selected for this 7,000 grant.... But you have no clue what city/state that you are giving 1,700 grants to? Plus u called me, and now all the sudden you had a brzin lapse on who u called... Shouldnt u know my info and why would i give it to u? He got mad and said if i wanted to miss out on a free 7k that is my loss... So i asked him how much does the gov pay u to call my phone 19 times before i finally break down and answer just to give me free money.... He hung up

Same recording when I called back, how are you calling me from a number that doesn't work????? When you answer next time you will be lucky if you can understand what they are saying.... thick foreign accent.... however the free 7,000 tax free grant comes out clear... Tell them to deliver it to your front door in pennies and request the delivery man dress up as a donkey, see how frustrated they become

When I asked to be removed from his call list I was told to go Fu*k myself.

To stop these calls, call the one who is selling you number. Call 1-800-345-5866 then press 3. Make sure you call them at least 10 times in one day. Company that is selling your number is Carol Wright Gifts. They need to know what it feel like getting these stupid phone calls and text messages all day long. As far as Scammers they are on the top of the list.

I received a call from this number too but they hung up. I was getting called from a blocked number that did this too, I finally got her tricked into answering and it was an 'Indian" accented lady that said she was from the US Government and I was also selected to receive a grant for $2000. I told her I was not interested and she yelled at me "YOU SUCK!" and hung up. Great cover for a scammer.

This is a part of a multi-facted criminal operation that is trying to obtain your personal information for criminal purposes.  This is the same group that is behind the LoanToday.com scammers.  They have avoided law enforcement so far, but the clock is ticking.  I look forward to the day they get taken down.

I received an iMessage from this number today, asking me who I was, using my first name.
The number resolves to an address in Tacoma Washington.
