recorded message about lowering interest rate on my credit cards, congrats on my excellent payment history, how do they know I have an excellent payment history on credit cards I don't have? Just another credit card scam. They must make good money calling people on the do not call list. Tacoma Wa. on caller I D because they keep calling.
