Call at work started with recording that "call may be recorded" - person transferred to voice mail and left no message.

caller indicated she was with a credit bureau and was calling to collect fines for toll violation...I asked for back up info, called DOT and they have no record  and I know I have not crossed any toll bridges or roads.  Looks like a new scammer is in town

Caller asked to verify employment for employee so front desk transferred call to me. Caller didn't leave message but since call was for employee who died 2+ years ago I tried returning call for identity theft. I was told this number doesn't belong to them and they never heard of the guy but it was showing on my caller ID. Very strange.

Company called regarding an unpaid parking ticket.

caller said it was a personal matter and could not leave why she was calling or regards to what. No return number either.

Caller called. Left No Message.

This is a scammer posing as a collection agency.  Phishing for information. I blocked the number.

Indicated that she had a collection for $200 from SPU. Asked her to send documentation, it's been 3 weeks.

Called number back.  It's Transworld, debt collection company King County Sheriff uses.  Called to collect on speeding ticket.
