This is a known spammer by the name of Ryan Lenahan who's been busted for SMS spam by the FTC. He's now spamming using an autodialer to his stolen data/customer list.

Ryan uses spoofed caller id to try to get you to pickup.

1/2 the time he uses his tools to simply verify your number is in service and live, the other half is for him to market spam to you.

Don't answer and file complaints with the FTC for his phone spam

This is just 1 of many numbers I'm needing to block. Spammers got my number,  now the calls come 2-3 times a day from different numbers.

Area 253 is out of the State of Washington. This number called me 3 times in less than 30 seconds because I didn't answer on the first 2 rings. On the 3rd ring I answered because I thought it may be one of my clients or suppliers trying to reach me. Then a recording came on saying "hello, this is the loan department....". Before they could finish, I knew it was spam and hung up. Now, I will block the number on my phone!

I get calls every day from this number. First it's a recorded message about a business loan, press 1 if interested. Pressing 1 gets an asian sounding man asking for business monthly income, I stated ~30k. In the past I stated ~10k and he said I was inelligable. The 30k number got him to transfer me to their 'loans department'. The Asian sounding man introduced me as a 'transfer customer from MCA'. The 'loan department was a U.S company called Advance Capital offering cash advances. At this point I asked to be removed from their list and he hung up on me.

Didn't leave a voice mail - I didn't answer

Came on my personal cell this time. The minute this number showed up on 800Notes, I blocked them.

Called 12 times within 30 seconds. Can we say harassment?

Recorded message:  "Your business has been preapproved for a small business loan."

Just got a second call from these guys.  I didn't answer either time.  It is interesting to note how many "your business loan" calls show up on this 800notes website.  And interesting to see how many security systems.  But this number has a history of both kinds of calls.  One owner two kinds of business?  Or maybe one service provider of robo-calls tor multiple businesses.

I received a call from 253-245-2251 with the name "royal security" attached to it.  I finally picked up once, and a male voice with a heavy New York(ish) accent said, "Your company has been selected to receive $250,000 as a cash advance!"   Since I don't have a company, nor would ANYone offer a $250,000 cash "advance"... I replied, "And you're full of sh*t!" , then hung up.  I've blocked the number.

"this is Howard with the loan department, congratulations! your business has been chosen to --" and that's where I hung up. This was a recorded message.

I took a call from 253-245-2251 after repeated calls. My cell phone is on the do not call.

I answered and it was my pre-approval to accept a business loan. I accepted the call and gave information about my business. I was told the company was some business loan company.

I was supposed to get transferred to a "manager" who was going to complete the loan. Fortunately the phone got disconnected. I then got several calls from several of the loan companies who bought my referral. The first person who called was from Nationwide Business Funding. The guy called from 347-608-1277. I told him I accepted the referral to find out which [***] are calling my number. He says he gets sued all the time for this but its legal because he is taking numbers from Secretary of State information. Perfect.

Next I got a call from 561-952-2126 from Integrity Capital which is in Florida. These people also had been referred my information to close a loan from me.

Now I am being called by 725-502-1020 -- which apparently is the company who is robo calling all of us. The person's name was Neek from C4B Funding. http://cashadvance4business.com/ -- THESE ARE THE RATS CALLING US
