Automated voice telling me they're from the IRS, this is my final notice and they are filing a lawsuit against me. They called from two different numbers and only about ten minutes apart.  509-569-7221 and 253-248-4558
!. The IRS will send a notice to you if you owe them money.
2. The IRS will NOT call to inform you that you owe money to them.
3. The IRS will sent you a notice if they will file a lean against you on money you owe.
4. The IRS will send certified notices to you if you owe money to them.
Do not believe these people are from the IRS.  They are only trying to take your money.  Go to the IRS web site and call them.  They will be more than happy to see if you owe them money.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

I got several calls from this number  253-248 4558 and  they  told me they were the IRS and they were coming to arrest me for fraud  I told them this a Doctor's Office (I am a MD) and that all calls are monitored and traceable. I also told them charges were going to be pressed as harassment and trying up my phone lines by  not allowing my patients to get in touch with me.. Let's see if they leave me alone (lol)

Got the same call as Tamianth. Reported it to the IRS. This is a scam call. Report it and help track it to the criminals attempting to scare you.

Received the robo message at the Clinic I work for.  Making it sound as if someone is going to have to sit in front of a Magistrate or judge if  there is no call back to the number 253-248-4558.

These guys have to be punished severely. One day they will be caught and punished

Got 2 calls, 2 different numbers, within seconds of each other. Both claimed to be the IRS, threatening a lawsuit if I didn't call the number back. When I tried calling back, it wasn't a working number. I sure wish they would give up. These calls were the 4th and 5th calls from the "IRS" in the past year. We all know it's a scam!!!

attempted contact from "IRS" second attempt. Been there, done that, got the shirt. Legit IRS will not call by phone. You have to do that. This is nothing but another scam.

Got a robo-call today from this number (showed as 'Unknown Name') and another - 347-367-6193 (showed as 'Unassigned') - a short time later, both saying this is my 2nd and final notice from the 'US Treasury' (since when would the US Treasury ever call a citizen?) and they are going to contact a judge or magistrate about fraud, if I don't return the call... blah, blah, blah. My sister just got scammed by the MS scam - 'her computer needed to have...', so I knew better than to fall for this.

Got a message from this number.  They claimed they are from Department of Treasure and told me to call them back otherwise I will be in court.

This call is regarding an enforcement by the US Treasury.  Ignoring this call would be considered an intentional act to avoid a initial appearance to appear before a magistrate, judge or grand jury or a federal criminal offence charges to avoid a federal charge ...
