    Incoming number for Shawn the Scammer with a $500K loan offer who leaves a call back number of 949-365-4020.  Called at 6.30 am ... goes immediately to voice mail after a momentary short ring.  Often there is no incoming number associated but today there was.  This is so obnoxious - as with others reporting the 949 call back #, this goes on and on and on.  Verizon can't seem to get the technology together to short circuit this nonsense.
