Got an email from a Michael Hamilton says he workes for the EPA and wanted to know if I wanted to work for him. Called the EPA and they have no Michael Hamilton working for them. I think that this is a scam.

Got an e-mail from this number saying its Wayne Tomlinson with this number. Said he is looking for mystery shopper. Total scam.

I got the same email and I told him I wanted to meet in person to discuss the job but he did not want to meet so I told him to forget it.

The phone number Michael Hamilton called from is 713 370 9464

Same here @todd/jenifer. Dude with the same name says he's from finland, epa yada yada, sons dick in finland so he has to go bakk to help both his wife and son. They're all coming bakk at the end of the month :646-727-9013. Says he's too busy with family matters to talk on the phone.

I responded to an ad on craigslist for someone needing a cleaning person and I received the exact response you have in your post.  He says that he is moving to Albuquerque at the end of the month from Finland.  

He is going to send us a check for helping clean his apartment and receiving his funiture and automobile.  I have had plenty of e-mail traffic with him.  Where are you located?  Albuquerque? I have already sent him my name, address and phone number.

prick sent a check for thirtyeight hundred from some company in colorado, no good ,

I got the same email that all of you got and he sent me a check for 3800 as well. i took it to my bank and they said that it wasnt signed by the person who owned the check. He hasnt answered me in weeks and my bank is charging me fees for trying to cash a check that was fraudulent. DONT  RESPOND TO THIS MAN. I am planning on taking legal action. I responded to the add on RI craigslist.

Hi yes I just received the exact same email

Hi,this is diffently a scam, (same man, exact letter, different date) i fell for it until he was wanting $820 to be sent through pay pal to Western Union for furniture shipping. He claimed $1450 was pending in my pay pal account and would be cleared when my money was sent. The letter from paypal seemed authentic and when i didn't send the money said within 24 hrs i could be prosecuted - a load of rubbish. Haven't heard from him, mean't to be starting cleaning job 14 July, obviously this won't be happening, he contacted me through gumtree.com.au
