These people are calling saying that a lawsuit has been filed against you. They claim to represent a payday loan company called Cashnet. I asked several questions and amazingly they hung up. There are Indian people using American names.

I received a call from this number and 360-968-1957.  They said I had an unpaid pay day loan from two years ago.  I said I did not and asked questions.  I got disconnected.  I asked for a phone number I could call directly back to.  It sounded like the same guy at either of the two numbers they gave me.  I asked for a fax number I could fax to them to verify they are legitamte.  The first fax he gave me did not work then he gave a 2nd one that rang no answer.  They are not legitimate.  I am going to call my Attorney General.
