Got a call from Monroe from R. W.  Associates who was doing an audit.  Questioned him on what type of case he was working on.  He Said  "depository fraud, debt by deception..."   Thanked him for his info and said I would pass it on to the person he was calling.  Looked up R.W. Assoc. and found out it was a RV co.

Debt collector threatening lawsuit

Said I had a debt from 2011 with RW Associates. The caller was very threatening. Hung up and he called back to threaten me some more. I don't have any outstanding debt. Blocked call.

This is a scam!! They called all my family members and left messages stating that I, or my lawyer needs to call back.

This person called about  a relative of my late husband who died 9 yrs ago. He knew my name and hers and her maiden name. He would not give me any information about why he needed to speak with her. Very creepy that he can get so much information. I know it is a scam because he wouldn't give me any information, tell me where he was from and that she had to call Today if for him to be able to help her. SCAM

This Monroe man did the same thing to me. He called my family so we looked him up its a scam.

This Monroe person, needs to stop harassing my daughters and asking about me.
He scared my youngest daughter by leaving her messages.

Mr. Monroe leaves messages stating its very urgent that I speak with him. Calls my family members. Something to do with fraud and cash loans, which I never do. As soon as you ask questions...he gets nasty.

They hit my account I never did payday loan I was so upset it came thru my account as a forced check from reed white associates now u have to file a claim
