This is the second time this number has called my house. I called the number back and a answering machine message from a lady named Jessica was what i heard. I left a message asking them to call me back and never heard anything.

I have done my research on this. I was able to do a trace and a snoop on it. It is a company that owns the line names Level 3 connections. They are a bastardization of Vonage, The number is out of San Diego, it was just spoofed to be a Tacoma area code.

This company has also been under scrutiny for data trafficking so please be careful what you say if you do answer the phone.

Just got a call from this number; he used my first name and asked for money for a King County Charity. He used buzzwords like "low-income" and "veterans." As soon as I sounded suspicious, he hung up.

Have been continually receiving calls from this number, but I never answer if I don't recognize the number.  I just called it back and was sent to a voice mail of someone named Jessica (just like Trista stated).   I have bee unfortunate enough to be assigned a telephone number that was previously used for someone who apparently doesn't pay their debts and have already had to conact the FTC to put a stop to those calls.   Am now thinking that I need to do the sam with this number.
