    This is spam! They leave an automated message on my phone 3 times a day or more - from various numbers around the country -including local numbers. I don't answer them but the message is always the same starting out "Federal reserve" - claims that rising interest rates as of Mar 19, 2017 and taking action NOW to lower your monthly payments before the official increase is advised .
