I called back and their voicemail refers to website www.hawkinstuckermediationfirm.com where it states they are arbitrators for legal "conflict". I have no debts and no "conflicts" that I am aware. Website says they are out of Georgia but number is from Kent, WA

"Mediation" is code for debt collector.  They like to pretend that they are not debt collectors so that you won't know that they must follow Federal Law when collecting a debt.  Thanks for the link.  I'll see what I can work up.  According to Whois the website went up 11/5/20 and will expire this year.  I doubt that they are actually in that building.  I think they picked it because there is a Prosecuting Attorney office in there.
