Voicemail claims to be from IRS.  Warrant for my arrest.  They are gonna get me for tax evasion and fraud.  Blah blah blah  Thick foreign accent.

Left a voicemail half cut off, machine automated. The machine stated I need to call back or else they would proceed with the case against me.
Sounds like fraud to me. Never been to Washington State, haven't had a speeding ticket in  7 years.

Saud I had 4 allegation against me as no I would be arrested...half cut off message

I just received a message from a robo caller stating IRS had 4 allegations against me and I would be taken under arrest if I didn't respond within 24 hours.  Definitely a scam.

I have had these calls on landline before, but this time they managed to get my cell phone.  Same spiel as others, claims to be from IRS and going to get me for 4 counts of fraud unless I call back within 24 hours.  Ladies voice was kind of hit and miss.  Definitely a fraud and please do not call back.  Number is now blocked.

Ignore these calls. They are FAKE! If they call again, report it to the police!
