Same call - supposedly 'won' free cruise tickets. Ticks me off.

This number called my Google Voice number which forwards to my cell. Recording says if I take a "30 second survey" I'll get a "free" trip to the Bahamas for 2 days. Now, this number is out of WA state ... BUT ... the funny thing is that the same people have called my house number too, 2x, from a number allegedly out of Astoria Oregon (503) 468-5986 and it is the exact same recording for a free trip if I do a 30-second survey.

Called my cell again - even though I previously requested to be put on DNCL...

This number called my cell too. I didn't answer the call and they didn't leave a message.  I decided to look it up

i goggle the number, and now I know i am not the only one..

They called my work phone but no message.  Who are these jerks and why don't they have anything better to do.

Protect yourself! SAY NOTHING! 2 second silence is recorded to gather intel on you, then all data is saved in their database and used to pry more from you the next time they call. And they WILL call again. Answer no questions. Don't even verify your name! Tell them NOTHING except:
''Do not call. We are registered on the national do not call list. Each violation will be prosecuted at $500 penalty. DO NOT CALL!'' then disconnect and  
dial *57 to send a call trace to law enforcement.

If you contact them in any way, such as ''Take us off your list'' opt-out online or by dialing 1, 2 or 9 then you are instead validating that a human ear is responding to the Turing Test and placed permanently ON their SUCKERS LIST. The only valid information on their website is a regurgitated gallup.com RSS newsfeed, another trick to appear legitimate. Nowhere on the site is there a telephone number or address or even a way to engage their services = RED FLAG!
''Political Survey'' is their excuse to circumvent the National Do Not Call regulations. Robo-call says: ''Hello this is John from Political Opinions of America, you have been carefully selected to participate in a short 30 second research survey and for participating you will a free 2 day cruise for 2 people to the Bahamas courtesy of one of our supporters. Gratuities and a small Port Tax will apply[$185]. To begin the survey please press one now, to decline the survey and be removed from our list, press 9'' or a gift card. Truth is - hard sell of condo-timeshare! There are actually two scams here, the initial cold-call canvassers who get paid by reserving your ''free vacation +$185 port fees'', spend spree your credit card while the high pressure vacation rental condominium sales crew who trap you on a cruise from hell as they loot your vacant home.

This number 253 753 9039 keeps calling people and when they call back from their cell phone it calls me at work.  I get 30 calls a day.  How can I complain about this to someone so they disable the number?

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
