Claiming to be IRS said Warrant maybe issued. The IRS first contacts thru registered mail unless some law has been changed. Sounds like Scammer to me. Does say his name is Jack O conner.

my wife received the same call. We were told that if she didn't pay $1,000 immediately that they would arrest her within the hour. We almost fell for it, until I researched the number. The man said his name was J. Hoffman.

I also received a message from thus number stating he was IRS. He said his name was Jason O'Connor. He had an accent and I barely understood his message.

I just got the call on a line that isn't even listed, a direct line where i work.   And he said his name was jason o'conner...

This guy called me twice,leaving a message that he was the irs & he is jack oconner with a bad accent.

Same thing, said he was Jason Oconner with the irs and that there was a warrant for my arrest.

Wife got two calls on her cell today, she did not answer but left voice mail.  First was "Jason from IRS" that she was in legal trouble and subject to arrest if I don't call back (didn't know not returning calls was a crime?) and the second call said there was legal lawsuit (isn't a lawsuit already legal issue?) against her bank account.   Told her to block the number.   Since I am an accountant and work for the government,  I am well aware of this scam and know the IRS never calls you out of the blue and never threatens arrest. Plus they don't even have your cell phone number!

Just got a the same call- threatening arrest and warrant. The IRS stated that we will never call you asking for money, we wills send letters.

Got two calls from this dope today with a Mexican accent saying he was calling from "The Eternal Revenue Service".

Really?  The "Eternal Revenue Service"  - now that IS funny!

And, what's even more funny, these scammers don't even realize how stupid they sound and they expect us to fall hook, line and sinker for their tactics.

This number called claimed IRS and said i need to pay back tax return plus $1000.00 or warrant for my arrest will be issued. I hope he reads this comes to get me [***] you will be in for a big surprise i will beat your ass to a pulp and ram your cell phone up your ass.So much for do not call list it is a joke just like most of the laws to protect people that belong here. We are overrun with these [***] and people need to wake up and put a stop to it.

Yep...I just got this call also.  I did not answer and the guy sounds like he has an Indian accent.  Jason O'Connor, I believe was his name.  The bad thing is if they get the wrong person, they will actually get the money.  Its ashame.

Caller said he is Jason O'Connor, Indian accent, from the IRS. He said I am wanted on tax evasion. I told him I did believe him. He said they would issue an arrest warrant in forty five minutes. Told him to go for it.

Horrible Indian accent claims to be calling behave of IRS. Threatening with a warrant for my arrest of call is not returned.

Just got a call from this number.  Stating from IRS and need to call back.  No way!  There is no reason the IRS would be calling me for anything.  Not falling for this scam.

Yes just got a message from Jason O'Connor with an Indian accent saying he is calling from the IRS and that he has a lawsuit in an arrest warrant out for me so I need to call him back immediately ! God Touch

Got a call from number stating he was the IRS and that a lawsuit had been filed against me and to call the number back to get more information and help to fight the lawsuit against me.  This is a SCAM!

Received a call from this number and informed that he is from IRS and asked me to contact him immidiatly and i am in trouble with the IRS and a low suit has been filed against me.A friend of mine received a call like this and he paid 3000 dollers for no reason so
I was cautious . i thought it might help people so am posting here.
