I just got a couple calls from this number...today was the first day though, i hope they get it under control, the phone calls wakes my baby up from her nap.

Way to go!  Please give me info as to how I can and I'll call the Waco authorities and FCC also.  I too, attempted to receive health insurance info.  Thanks!

I get multiple calls a day from this number,  I was also researching health insurance. It has been nearly 2 weeks of calls at least 2x a day.....something needs to be done about this!

Some girl just called my house asking for my husband and I knew it was a scam artist on the phone.  You could hear in the background a whole lot of noise, sounded very unbusiness like then she just hangs up the phone.  I'm on a do not call list and truthfully this time around with it no one has called me with anymore stupid phone calls since I turned in a crap lot of people to the Better Business Bureau for it.  I'm going to get a real nice blow horn next time they call they might be needing a hearing aid when I get done with them.  Oh ya I'm a nurse why the hell would I need a Direct Care Service.  Dumb [***].

245-369-1689 keep calling my cell phone a minimum of 2 times a day and no-one ever says anything when I answer, or leaves a message.  Same complaints as above.  I too, feel this is a health care business since someone recently inquired about some insurance and gave them my cell phone number as their contact.  Obviously they didn't want to be bothered with calling them, so they gave a wrong number, MINE.  

I suppose I will just see if ATT cell provider will block the number.

I have got these calls too and I also requested health INS info.  They have hounded me and hounded me

This number won't stop Calling me all the time at all hours of the day and night.

Also was looking at Health Insurance,they keep calling and donot leave message

I filled out one of those online health care info request forms too, and didnt know that i was getting alot of anoying phone calls for the next year or so. Most all the companies calling said something tho. this is much more anoying from this number where they do not say anything and hangup, ive been getting calls from this number coupple times a day randomly over the last week. Doesnt make sense, if someone was trying to sell me somthing they should probably say somthing.

I have received several calls from 254-369-1689. I tried calling the number back when I am not driving or busy and the number is not a working number.  I was looking into health insurance for my family.

Same as all of you, asked for health care qoutes online. This number calls me at least twice a day, sometimes 5 times. They just hang up. Call it back and it's not a working number. What does someone have to do to make this stop? Does anyone know their address? I would love to drive up to Waco and give them a visit.. I have had my number for 10 years and I am going to change it if they aren't stopped. IF someone finds a way of reporting them please post it.

Started to get calls from this 254-369-1689 too... I inquired about health insurance online in January and have been hounded like crazy. My phone started ringing before I even got finished going back and looking over the website more.
Shouldn't whoever runs that website be  able to help of be held accountable some how?

yes i have filled one of those health insurance forms out too and to day i over heard a woman on my answering machine talking to someone in the back ground and it sounded like she was calling me from a pay phone and i herd her say that her job requires her to be on the phone alot so why would a legal health insurance co. call all of us from a pay phone . that is why you cant call them because there is no incoming calls on that phone booth and when she is on the phone it rings busy and the reason that she calls from a phone booth is so that they can get around the do not call list

I also no that if you owe any company money they will hire a agency to just call you all the time just to ty your phone up and be a newsence believe it or not discovery card did it to me for months untill i got my number changed.
