They called and said they have a Fraud case against me.

They left voicemail saying there is a fraud case against me

Automated voice message mentioning something about the IRS, my social security number, stating that there is a fraud case against me. This is a scam, the IRS will never make first contact by phone (only physical mail) and you can contact their toll free number (800) 366-4484 to verify the validity of the call.  You can also report this via email to phishing@irs.gov with the subject title "IRS Phone Scam"

Left a message that asking me to please call back before charges are pressed against me.

Same, pre-recorded message stating I have a federal claim against me.

Received a message asking for me to call before federal charges were pursued. Never called back the number because I assume it's a scam considering I've heard about it before and that there's nothing that I can have federal charges for.

Left voicemail to call 2544884301 before fraud charges are pressed against me. From dept of treasury. No company name, no live person, was a recording.

Same as others. Voicemail of a recording stating fraud charges. So I called back from a different phone, lady says company name is called "unisen" or something like that, I ask where they are located, she hung up.

The voicemail said to call back before they go ahead and press charges against me, for what I'm not sure...spam caller for sure.  I never return calls like this when they don't identify themselves.

They called with the IRS recording,  I called the number back and the guy was so high he could barely talk.

I've had this call sent to me before. It's a scammer trying to get personal info. Also, a government agency (irs/ssn/etc) sends their stuff through snail mail, they don't contact via phone, requesting info.
