I want to know if this is a spam.

Sorry, without more information, it is extremely difficult to tell what is happening!
It rained down here, and my wood ouija board squeaks, but gives no answers.

Please tell us more ... what did the caller say?

I noticed this phone number all over the place for puppy ads.  in many different states and locations and all the same ad - so seems very scamish,

This guy is a scam, I thought I was going to buy a puppy from him tomorrow. Well I  called him and he did not hardly speak any english. Really heartbroken because I was happy to be adding a new furry family member. Stay clear of this guy with the phone number of 254-488-6551
