    Call from Geneva, Indiana. Message was a cold call from 'real estate' company wanting to buy properties. These are those guys that prey on the elderly, or desperate owners that end up being legally manipulated out of their property. Usually these companies acquire a property, slap a fresh coat of paint on them, and then rent/lease for exorbitant rents, with minimal maintenance.

    Received a text, addressed me by my first name. Said his name was Sam and a realtor from FT. Wayne (in Indiana). Asked if I would be open to a phone call discussing my property that they are interested in. (Property is not currently listed for sale.) They gave the actual address of property as well.
