    While it is true that the Department of Health Wisconsin is conducting a survey about family health, this is NOT a number they are calling from.  Calling the number gets, number not in service or call cannot be completed as dialed depending on whether I used a cell or landline. On their website they list this number 800-291-8624 for questions about the survey.  I called and spoke to Taylor at the survey office.
