Scam using Illinois Toll System, claims you owe odd sum of money, checked account showed no such thing.  Phone number is based out of Quebec, Canada

Received the following text: Pennsylvania Turnpike Tolls Services, our records indicate that your vehicle has an unpaid toll invoice. To avoid additional charges of $86.00, please settle your balance of $8.60 at https://paturnpiketollbill.com.

I checked my account in the turnpike app found I had no balance and a warning message about these messages going around asking people not to click the link and report the fraudsters to www.ic3.gov

Received bogus text message that I owed money on my PA Toll account threatening to penalize me $86. Text also contained a link to a false website.
