This number has called me repeatedly and left a message about buying property in Pennsylvania.  I do not and have not ever held any property in Pennsylvania.
Hi my name is Ken and I'm a real estate investor that bought properties in Pennsylvania, Delaware and the reason I was sending you this kind of annoying message is my partner and I are looking for some new properties to buy this month. I just want to know the best way to reach out to several people who may be interested in selling the property.  So if you're interested in selling any property or vacant land then we love to have a conversation with you. Give us a call back. If we reached the wrong person or you're not interested then forgive us and disregard it.  Thanks and have a good one

I received the same call on December 20th, 2023 as Carrie did from 13 Nov 2023, but this is the first time I've received a call from this number. The message was eerily the same too (besides the "annoying" part):

The person was speaking quietly, to the point where it was almost difficult to understand them. A low-battery fire alarm beep was heard in the background too, so who knows if that is any sign of this "establishment".
