    I think the guy was saying "Cash Advance",  it was some boiler room in India.  I could hardly understand him.
    Not sure if it was a loan offer type scam or the guy wanted to try and get me to make payments on fake loan.  This guy kept changing his story and then got angry that I was not taking him seriously.  So watch out if you are called by this gang of crooks!
