    Received text from ‘Jake’.  Wants to buy my house. Called number and girl answered, gave me a fake business name “Retro Home Buyers” from Philadelphia.  Refused to give me an address and hung up on me.  Filed complaint with FTC and PA AG for violations of TCPA and do not call list. Will file suit once I find them.
