He said he was a debt collector and it was about my college loans to pay them back, he had a foreign accent which rose my suspicion right off the bat. He said that my account was due and that I owed more than $70,000 and I needed to start paying it back immediately. He wanted my credit card number right on the spot. He was a cleaver schemer and almost had me convinced but past experience taught me not to trust people calling you demanding that you pay them right then and there without agreeing to send it to you through email or paper mail. I hung up on him and blocked that number. It showed on my phone that the number was ‘Debt Collector’ from Philadelphia and then when I checked the number online it still showed it coming from Philadelphia. So don’t trust or answer this number it’s a SCAM!!
