These idiots called my cell-phone via automated dial-er looking for someone other than me (or anyone else on our account) apparently looking for money. Their stupid system doesn't let you tell them they have the wrong number. I called the number from a land line and advised that FCC complaint has been filed and that our attorneys have been notified. They say "we will escalate this matter and in the meantime block the calls you are receiving". Idiots. On Monday I will call our Verizon Wireless account rep and express my outrage at their automated harassment for someone else's debt. Stupid MORONS!

I know that vzw employs some really horrible people.
I'm reading a book called "snakes in suits" and I'm going to get next "without conscience". Look these up for the subject matter. Sure put that light bulb over my head!!
Calling from all these different numbers with NO caller ID HAS to be illegal. Ask your lawyer about starting a class action thing. I'm sure that he/she will get tons of support and people.

When I call to talk to someone about service or payment I can never get anyone on the phone. Which really gets me mad because it's a phone company. Auto voice keeps asking for a password which I don't have and then hangs up.

I got through once by calling "new service sales" and transferred over to complaints.
I was told that I should call more often to have my plan "looked at". I found that I was able to get the same service and better for 1/2 what I was paying already.
No wonder they have such poor write ups on "Glassdoor". I'm going to look into switching my service.

Never answered this phone number, but if it is Verizon Wireless, I had switched servers before contract was up and owe the cancellation fee.  I've been making payments on it.  I guess they want the whole thing.  They will eventually get it, just not all at once.

Receive at least 4 calls a day starting at 2 pm next call will come within an hour.  They say if this is Samona press 1, otherwise press 2. Then when you press 2 they ask you to put in your 10 digit phone number ( which I wouldn't do) - they called me - they should know what number they called. So I just hang up. This has been going on for a week now. It's verizon wireless. I know it's not for me as my bills are always paid on time. Just very annoying and I don't know how to stop these calls. I block the number, then they just call from a different number - so until I can figure out how to stop these calls, I ignore the calls. They have called at least 12-25 times. Husband is getting very annoyed.
