got random call from this number did not answer

Called my cell early morning did not answer and they left no message.  Area code for Antiqua.  Yet another scammer?

Called my cell, they hung up quickly so it was a missed call.  7:00am pt

Its a one ring deal, they want you to call them back so they place you on hold and they bill you like a 1 900 type call.  Don't call them back.

SPAM I received a call from this number as well, on my cell phone.  rang twice.  I wouldn't have answered anyway

Rang once in the morning early morning & I didn't answer because I didn't know the number. Didn't leave a voicemail. And I definitely Did NOT try to call back.

Blocked them. I am loving that feature on the iPhone 5s. These people want you to call them back so you can get charges up the behind.

What happens if the call comes in while I am in my automobile and I press the button on the steering wheel (unable to see the ID of the caller) and I take the call?  Do I get the billed?

Don't respond to calls from the Caribbean. Apparently when you call them back it charges you a lot. I've heard they will also keep you on hold indefinitely just to make you pay more.
