Rings only once from 2687620031. I called back only no connection tune .... !!!???

Called my cell phone around noon, left no message. ID says Antigua/Barbuda, which is an island country near the Carribean; I suspect a scam.

This number call an hour ago. Caller  ID says Antigua/Barbuda. Only rings once no one on the other line. Got my cellphone number. I'm guessing some sort of spam.

Called my cell.  Called back.  Automated female message encouraging you to stay on the line.  Every minute gets you 5 entries for a 100 dollar gift card.

The truth is, every minute you stay on the phone with them earns you a $100 charge on your next phone bill! People that would call back an unknown number are DOOPA'S , and deserve to need to take out a loan to pay their next phone bill! DOOPA!!!

Not understandable.  Tried dialing it from a regular land line phone and a recording came on saying it was not a good number.  How come when I call back with the cell phone it connects?  I think this is some kind of SCAM.

Got call today 1/22/14, rang once.   After reading these comments will not try to call back.
