I would like to take myself off from being called from another country.

Called, rang once, never answered

I missed a call from this number two mornings in a row. I called back this time and it played techno while saying "please wait for the operator" and the call dropped after about a minute.

I had a pretty bad feeling about this and now the other comments here have really got me worried. I'm calling my phone company.

I got a call from the numbe 268-762-0040 on January 30,2014 it range twice I tried to answer but they hung up. Search the number and saw it was a scam! Don't call this number back.

This number has been calling me off the hook. Is it a scam? If I called it back should I be worried?

Received call from 268-762-0040 @ 1130 pm CST this eve., I didn't answer.  I'm glad I googled what a bunch of lousy people.  

Just rec'd a missed call from this number.
My cell phone only rang twice and then disconnected.
I think that they may have called my office phone also...not a good ideas as I work for my municipalities court system.

Just got a call from 268-762-0040, only one ring.  As I didn't recognize the area code, decided to follow my standard procedure and look it up.  Glad I did and I am reporting the number to the DO NOT CALL registry.

I just received a two ring call - then a hang-up. After watching the Tampa news in Florida last night, I knew not to call back. Saturday EST 10:18 PM.

01FEB14 got a call at 10:25 at night, caller ID said Barbados / Antigua. No way was I answering that or calling them back.

Received a call on cell phone.  This is no one I know.  Scam!

Got a call from this 268 number at 1040pm. I didnt answer.

Received a missed call at 7:25am. Unfortunately, I called it back before looking up the number... :-/

Got a one ring call from this number. I called back and it says wait for the operator with techno music in background. I hung up. After reading prior posts I'm calling my cell carrier and having them remove it from bill immediately.

received a call about 11:00 pm  -  did not hear it -  never answer a number I do not know.... and usually look it up later -

I received two calls from this number.
