Rec'd a one ring call from this number with no message

I also just received a one ring call with no message as well.

Me too! One ring, no message. Tried to call the number back, but it said that it could not be complete as dialed...?? Weird.

About 2 hours ago the phone rang twice, I didn't answer. They did not leave a message. The phone said the call originated from Antigua/Barbuda, and I don't know anyone there.

This number had called my moms phone 6 times in the past hour and a half. When I try to research the number it says it's an invalid number not sure what's going on.

Phone rang twice from this number about 25 minutes ago.Why are they calling? I live in NY

Called at 9:45pm PST. I didn't pick up. No voicemail.

Received a call at 12:42 am. No message. I saw on another site that it is a scam and if you call back you will be charged.

Since this an OUT OF COUNTRY NUMBER and everyone above is stating the same thing, here is most likely what is going on: the local service provider there, will make some money off of the return call, since they have ANYTHING answer it, you will be charged the long distance foreign country rate, which WE have to PAY to have the right to call that country and that provider will get some money out of the process.  I got 1 ring, then called back, and was hearing "please wait for the operator".   This is a scam which will involve persons at the phone company in that country.   Call your service provider and tell them what is happening and to BLOCK that number from return calls leaving the USA.
