Got a call from this number at 11:30 am did not answer called back using *67 got a recording that it was not a working number

Called my whole family at the same exact time. Hung up when we answered. Its and AT&T family plan wiht 5 sequential phone numbers

Just got two missed calls from this number, it only rang once and they hung up. If your phone has the ability to block this number. I'm saving this number and blocking it!

Got a two ring call, didn't pick up because I had gotten a call from a US call that this site said could be doing the same thing. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

I was a possible victim in the target debit card scam... Interesting.

2 calls from 268 area code in a month's time. answered neither one no voicemail

I got this exact call at 12:27am (just now) and then 2 days ago I got a call from same first digits but last set was 0040. No one answers. But my thing is that it won't charge me to talk to them because I am on prepaid straighhttalk. So Idk why I'm getting the calls. I think they get the number from a common game/app we all have downloaded.

Got a 2 ring call from this number.  No one was there.  did not call them back.

I got this number calling me a week apart for a few weeks. Usually one ring at times where my phone was on vibrate and didn't hear it. I looked back and there were several calls a week apart which I never knew were there. I was stupid and called it back today and after about 20 seconds of a computer telling me to "Hold" for an operator, I hung up and searched online for the number and found this site. I immediately called my carrier which is Verizon and the worker I spoke with said he has had four or five calls today on this same number. He said the most expensive call he has seen is about $6.99 a min. If you have a problem, they will credit your account once it posts. So, I will have to call back after it posts to my account but it hasn't yet since I just called the number back. So as of today, Verizon will credit you back if you are stupid to call like I did. This is an international call and you can go onto your Myverizon website and block all international calls so you and your kids couldn't call them back even if you tried. This is probably your best bet to make sure you don't have this problem as kids will often just dial a number back to see who called.

Too bad there isn't enough of a security team for Verizon or a team hired by all the phone companies to go after and shut them down. They do it because they know that they are small fry and no one will come after them. at $7 a person, most people probably pay the fee and never even notice.  

Began receiving calls 3weeks ago on a fairly regular basis

I have received calls from Antiqua, and Grenada.

We were part of the target scam. I thought the same thing.

It was just in the news today that scammers from the Caribbean are doing robocalls.  These are scammers who want you to call them back so that they can bill you exuberant fees for all sorts of things snd even subscribe you to mysterious fees.

DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL THEM BACK!

It's called the ONE RING SCAM to get you to call them.

Called 12:30 a.m. Hung up before I could answer. Did not recognize the area code, googled the area code found that it was a scam thank goodness I didn't call I'm disabled can't say for  scam artist to get rich.
